Privacy

This page covers propertyngx.com, our public website. The PropertyNGX apps that firms use to manage their buildings have their own terms with each firm.

What we collect here

When you book a demo, we receive the name, company, email, mobile number and message you type into the form. We use them only to contact you about PropertyNGX. We do not sell them or add you to marketing lists.

The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
